History
Mr. Weed & Insect Pest Control was founded in 1994 by Taylor Botha for the service in Pest Control to Clients in the agricultural community. Taylor was an Agricultural Chemical and Seed supplier at the time and some of his clients needed pest control services at their homes, shops and stores. Mr Weed & Insect Pest control was born out of a need for the service.
Willie Swanepoel joined Taylor in 2002. Willie had the experience in the field of pest control & retail, Taylor needed in the business.
In April 2003 Willie took over the business from Taylor and is still the owner of the company. Willie studied Horticulture and Landscaping in the mid 90’s but the “bug” bit him to study pest control in 1997, employed at the time at a local pest control company.

Mr. Weed & Insect Pest Control is a family owned Company. We realize how customer’s needs can sometimes slip through the cracks with some of the larger corporate companies.
